How To Find Us

On arrival at Heathrow Airport you will need to proceed the Car Rental Bus Stop, where you need to take the Hertz Courtesy Shuttle bus to the office. Once at the office please make your way directly to the Dream Collection Desk where a member of the team will assist you with the reservation. This service is available Mon to Friday 08:00 to 18:00hr. Outside of these hours please advise the staff that you have a pre-booked Prestige Collection Reservation and a member of the team will assist you.

Opening Hours

Our rental station is open 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday for passengers flying into Heathrow and for passengers already in the UK the hours are 06:00 to 22:00hrs.
